Trots att det idag \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin att rekrytera objektivt.<\/strong><\/p><p>I mitt arbete som psykolog st\u00f6ter jag ofta p\u00e5 vetenskapliga studier som visar hur olika grupper diskrimineras n\u00e4r de s\u00f6ker jobb.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Kvinnor upplever ofta att deras kompetens ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tts. \u00c4ldre antas vara mindre flexibla. Om du har ett utl\u00e4ndskt namn, speciellt arabiskt klingande, har du betydligt l\u00e4gre chans att komma p\u00e5 en jobbintervju. Chansen minskar ocks\u00e5 om du \u00e4r 40 plus. Vi vet \u00e4ven att m\u00e5nga personer med funktionsvariation skulle kunna ha ett arbete, men inte f\u00e5r chansen att visa det.<\/span><\/p><p>Det finns ocks\u00e5 positiva f\u00f6rdomar. Till exempel uppfattas v\u00e4ltaliga, v\u00e4lkl\u00e4dda, och vackra personer som mer kompetenta, och vi tenderar att gilla de som liknar oss sj\u00e4lva.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">F\u00f6rklaringen till varf\u00f6r det \u00e4r s\u00e5h\u00e4r \u00e4r komplex. Men kort och gott kan vi konstatera att alla har f\u00f6rdomar.<\/span><\/p><p>M\u00e5nga verkar tro att det r\u00e4cker att vara medveten om dem f\u00f6r att inte diskriminera, men det st\u00e4mmer inte, eftersom processerna till stor del \u00e4r undermedvetna. Forskning visar att de flesta av oss \u00e4r betydligt s\u00e4mre p\u00e5 att bed\u00f6ma m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4n vad vi sj\u00e4lva tror.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Sammantaget leder det h\u00e4r till att personer b\u00e5de ges m\u00f6jligheter och v\u00e4ljs bort av helt fel anledningar, och det \u00e4r s\u00e5klart varken bra f\u00f6r samh\u00e4llet, arbetsgivaren, eller individerna som drabbas.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00687ac elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"00687ac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cee1bd2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cee1bd2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">S\u00e5 hur \u00e4r det m\u00f6jligt att rekrytera objektivt? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3991b49 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3991b49\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>F\u00f6rsta steget f\u00f6r att rekrytera objektivt \u00e4r att vara \u00f6dmjuk inf\u00f6r faktumet att b\u00e5de du, jag och andra har f\u00f6rdomar \u2013 det ing\u00e5r i att vara m\u00e4nniska.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">N\u00e4sta steg \u00e4r att se hur f\u00f6rdomarna kan motverkas, och att begr\u00e4nsa utrymmet f\u00f6r \u201dmagk\u00e4nslan\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Diskrimineringsombudsmannen har publicerat en bra skrift om detta som heter \u201dHundra s\u00e4tt att rekrytera utan att diskriminera\u201d. I den kan man bland annat hitta f\u00f6ljande tips:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Var tydlig med exakt vad som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att klara rollen, s\u00e5 du kan j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra de s\u00f6kande p\u00e5 ett r\u00e4ttvist s\u00e4tt<\/li><li>Se till att jobbannonsen \u00e4r objektiv och fokuserar p\u00e5 kompetens, och inte skickar signaler om att till exempel personer av ett visst k\u00f6n ska s\u00f6ka<\/li><li>Anonymisera ans\u00f6kningarna s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt det g\u00e5r, till exempel genom att skippa CV, eftersom \u00e4ven den inneh\u00e5ller irrelevant information som f\u00e4rgar v\u00e5r bed\u00f6mning, till exempel vad personen har f\u00f6r fritidsintressen<\/li><li>L\u00e5t de s\u00f6kande g\u00f6ra arbetspsykologiska tester<\/li><li>S\u00e5lla inte bort personer som uppfyller kraven, men som ger dig en d\u00e5lig magk\u00e4nsla av andra anledningar.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d68cac elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"1d68cac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94b21e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"94b21e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Tester ger b\u00e4ttre resultat<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd2acce elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cd2acce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>P\u00e5 Aon Assessment Sverige arbetar vi med vetenskapliga arbetspsykologiska tester, s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r t\u00e4nkte jag g\u00e5 in p\u00e5 den punkten lite extra.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Arbetspsykologiska tester kan m\u00e4ta en rad saker som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att en person ska klara och trivas p\u00e5 jobbet, som personlighet, beg\u00e5vning, och v\u00e4rderingar.<\/span><\/p><p>Eftersom arbetspsykologiska test numera kan genomf\u00f6ras digitalt har anv\u00e4ndningen \u00f6kat kraftigt senaste \u00e5ren, speciellt bland f\u00f6retag som f\u00e5r m\u00e5nga s\u00f6kanden till sina roller.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Ofta anv\u00e4nds testen tidigt i processen. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt slipper arbetsgivaren g\u00e5 igenom en stor m\u00e4ngd CV, och kan snabbt och objektivt bed\u00f6ma vilka som ska g\u00e5 vidare i processen.<\/span><\/p><p>Forskning har l\u00e4nge visat att arbetspsykologiska tester leder till b\u00e4ttre rekryteringar, eftersom de \u00e4r betydligt b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n m\u00e4nniskor p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5 vilka kandidater som kommer att lyckas i jobbet.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Testerna har ocks\u00e5 visat sig \u00f6ka m\u00e5ngfalden, eftersom de inte diskriminerar mot namn, bakgrund, ordval, eller utseende.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc76bfc elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"cc76bfc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12c154e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12c154e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Objektiv rekrytering \u00f6kar konkurrenskraften och j\u00e4mlikheten<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6fd6135 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6fd6135\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Att rekrytera handlar inte bara om att hitta n\u00e5gon som kan g\u00f6ra jobbet, utan att v\u00e4lja ut den absolut b\u00e4sta kandidaten bland alla s\u00f6kande.
